Bicerin is an official non alcoholic drink of Torino made of 3 ingredients only: dark chocolate, espresso coffee and whipped cream. Being such a huge success among the visitors I thought I could make a cake with the same ingredients and it turned out to be a very good idea: it’s as delicious as can be.

It’s a circular bakery product with a hole in the middle, cut horizontally and stuffed in several ways. Despite being sort of an “official” New York food, the Bagels appears to have been created in Europe.
Being all activities in lockdown, I really miss my breakfast at the small cafè around the corner of my house and especially I miss my morning Croissant.
