I landed in Muscat in the evening, spent a night at a hotel close to the airport, and then move to the districts of Al-Dakhiliya, then to the district of Al-Sharkiya and finally to the district of Al-Batinah in 12 days.
Oman offers a lot to see, from the medievall forts on the Hajar Mountains to the sand desert of Bidiyah and the beach resorts in Salalah. However Oman also provides an incredible opportunity to dive into a world of perfume with dozens of scents you’ve never smelled before and a countless variety of blends and choices.
Although my blog is not meant to support causes at political level, there is a set of activities in the tourism industry that cause pollution on a global scale and should be approached consciously of the damages we may cause to the planet while travelling.
